After earning my Master’s in International Relations from CEU, I spent two decades in leadership roles at HILL International. A pivotal moment came in 2012 through a collaboration with British consultancy Nowhere, where I discovered the power of transformational process design. Since then, I’ve supported numerous corporate and personal journeys of profound change. In 2019, I brought together years of experience and insight under the Blue in green brand.

I trained for seven years at the Ehama Institute in New Mexico, delving into ancestral wisdom centred on the development of consciousness—now a valuable lens for unlocking innovation within modern organisations.”
After studying industrial engineering at the Technical University of Vienna, I began my career as an assistant professor in management and organisational theory, earning a PhD focused on planning methods in consultancy. I then held senior roles for over fifteen years in leading international firms within Austrian industry. Since 2001, I have worked independently, specialising in creativity, leadership, and organisational culture.
